Problem

Agencies recruiting Chinese workers for Japan need shared profiles: Japanese level, job category, experience, hometown, and intent fields. Chat threads and Excel sheets do not scale across recruiters and employer accounts.

What we built

Worker profiles with CN / kana names, JLPT level, industry intents, experience, location, and photo.
Recruiter workflow to enter and publish profiles (draft vs published).
Company browse with live search and filters (age, gender, Japanese level, desired field), favorites, and detail pages.
Mobile-first JP UI so employers can review talent on a phone.
Role-gated data: company users do not see Chinese-internal notes or phone numbers meant for recruiters.
