AI-assisted ops tools

Capture work where it happens, use AI to draft the boring parts, and keep humans in authority. Built for ops teams where unsupervised auto-write is not acceptable.

What we deliver

Example in production

HexWell Memo

Voice capture on the care floor that turns spoken notes into care-record drafts for human confirmation. Built for English-speaking nursing homes and assisted living — not a generic chatbot bolted onto paperwork.

Problem

Care staff spend scarce time writing notes after each interaction. Paper and late-night typing create incomplete records. Pure auto-write AI is a non-starter in regulated care: drafts must stay under human confirmation, not become unsupervised official records.
